The 2003 St. Louis 11th ANPC Pez Lapel Pin was produced for the Annual National Pez Convention (ANPC). It features the the Policeman pez in a paddy wagon, in reference to the convention being 'busted' and having to relocate to a different hotel in a different township in 2002.
