In 2002, Pez Co. produced the very first convention dispenser! It was a glow in the dark face witch on a glow in the dark stem. She has an orange hat and this dispenser was handed out as part of the convention packets in Cleveland, CT, LA, Minnesota, Myrtle Beach and St. Louis. This convention witch comes loose and ready to display.
