Retrospect Pez Elephant PHB by Midwest of Cannon Falls MIB

Midwest of Cannon Falls has produced a series of Porcelain Hinged Boxes for Pez Dispensers. These delicate porcelain figures are hinged at the neck and inside is a tiny porcelain Pez Candy pack. This is the elephant which was produced in 1999 and has been retired for quite some time now. This PHB Elephant comes mint in box.
