Pez Outlaw Icee Bear Pez Brown Face on Neon Red Stem Gold Tongue

This Icee bear pez dispenser from the late 1990's is very unusual misfit from Europe commissioned by Steve Glew as seen in the Pez Outlaw movie. It is an Icee Bear mold, but the head is molded in brown plastic and it has the usual Icee bear eyes and a white painted nose, but has a golden painted tongue. This one sits on a neon red stem and is a very difficult dispenser to come by. A great addition to the pez collection that is fairly scarce!
