Multipiece Tom Pez Painted Ears Red Stem on Striped Halo Card

A old pez dispenser version of Tom from the MGM Tom and Jerry cartoon, this multipiece Tom has a bald head, a white plastic snout and yellow plastic insert eyes. The ears are hand painted.  This Tom pez dispenser comes on a red stem, mint on a European Striped Halo card.
