In 2001, Playing Mantis produced three different Johnny Lightning 1960s VW Vans, each with a pez pal on the top of the VW van. This is the Pezville Police Paddywagon with a Policeman Pez Pal on top, mint in package in a hard plastic protector case so the card is completely mint condition!
