This is the second version of the Duck Child with a blue cap and the transition decal features of eyebrows, light blue eyes with small black pupils. It has a light yellow beak and sits on a 3.9 thin foot Austria stem. The decal eyes are a transition from the original duck child with hand painted black pupils to the nephews with large black pupils. These transition pieces were produced for a very short time and came only with blue or green caps. This great vintage pez comes mint in a striped bag with old candy packs! The candy packs and the back of the bag have what appears to be Japanese writing, so these were likely produced for the Japanese market.
