When Warner Brothers released a new movie "Looney Tunes Back in Action" in Europe, this Crystal Tweety Back in Action pez was given to movie patrons the opening night of the movie.  The promotional Crystal Tweety Looney Tunes Back in Action pez dispensers were not released for general retail sales in Europe and were never released in the USA at all. This promo crystal Tweety pez comes mint on a Tazmanian Devil Looney Tunes Back in Action graphics card. 

This european Bugs Bunny in Ball cap is the original release for the Looney Tunes Back in Action Warner Brothers set.  The very first Back In Action Bugs came with the ball cap but the photo on the cards showed the sombrero.  Apparently the Sombrero heads were not ready, but the stems were, so they were shipped with the Baseball Cap heads!   The BIA Looney Tunes set all come on decorative printed stems, loose and ready for display.

This european Bugs Bunny in Sombrero is the second Sombrero release for the Looney Tunes Back in Action Warner Brothers set.  There are two versions of the Bugs Bunny in Sombrero - the first was a single color mouth with oval pupils.  This second version released later has a two tone mouth and round pupils.  The BIA Looney Tunes set all come on decorative printed stems, loose and ready for display.
