This is the Caramel Parrot pez from the original large head Kyoro Chan Parrot set from Japan. The Kyoro Chan Parrots are a set of Japanese Pez based on the Morinaga Chocoball mascot. Chocoball is a chocolate candy with centers of peanut, caramel, strawberry, banana or almond and their mascot is Kyoro-chan.
