This 2019 Michigan Pez Convention yellow and black skull pez dispenser was available for charity and is much more limited than the early or regular registration dispensers! The the head is from a disney pull and go car, with an enamel painted metal outer ring with crossbones showing the convention date and the metal skull permanantly attached. The matching colored stem is engraved to read MIPEZ making it quite unique! It comes loose and ready to display!
