This Gold Plated I-Saur is from Pezamania 13 and is packaged with the Where Pezheads Come Together convention header card! In 2003, the Crystal Snowman Convention pez specially made with a blue head and glow in the dark hat was given away as part of the convention registration packages. The convention had the Gold Plated Pez available in addition to the Crystal Snowman pez! This pez dispenser was never sold in stores and was never packaged by PEZ Co.
