The Zenmai Zamurai Mini Dispenser set includes the following 5:
Yellow stem - Zenmai-Zamurai
Red stem - MameMaru
Pink stem - Zukin-chan
Purple stem - Botan-chan
Light green stem - Mat-chan
These are shown loose for better viewing, but your set of 5 will come mint in package with the insert from inside the egg. No eggs are included. These great mini pez dispensers from Japan are only about 2 1/2 inches tall because their stem is not as tall as a regular dispenser, but everything else is identical to other pez dispensers. They are fully functional and the mini pez packs load into them.
